Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 98
98. Any matter determined by a resolution of the Bar Council shall not be re-opened within 3 months of the date of the resolution unless 2/3 rd of the total number of the members make a requisition to that effect.
