Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 18
18. (i) The ballot box shall be such as may be provided by the Returning Officer;
(ii)The 52[Presiding Officer] shall ensure before the commencement of the poll that each box is empty and is properly sealed in the balloting position and is placed before him prior to the receiving of the ballot papers.
