Pakistan Bar Council Employees Service Rules — section 44
44. An employee shall be entitled to payment of the amount due to him under the Rules: Provided that an employee who is awarded major penalty shall be entitled to receive only the contributions made by him to the fund plus the interest accrued thereon if any.
