Pakistan Bar Council Employees Service Rules — section 43

43. Each confirmed employee shall compulsorily contribute to the Fund at the rate of 15% per month, of his basic pay and the Bar Council shall make an equal contribution to the account of such employee: Provided that an employee shall not be entitled to receive the contribution from the Bar Council if he had not put in five years continuous service.
