Pakistan Bar Council Employees Service Rules — section 38
38. Disqualifications - An employee shall not be eligible for payment of gratuity if he:
(1)resigns before completion of 10 years service; or
(2)is dismissed from service; or
(3)is removed or compulsorily retired on charges of corruption. Computation of Amount of Gratuity and Period of Service.
