Pakistan Bar Council Employees Service Rules — section 37

37. Eligibility - An employee shall be eligible for payment of gratuity if he: i) has rendered at least 10 years satisfactory service with the Bar Council including the period of probation, if any; or ii) resigns after completion of 10 years of continuous satisfactory service: Provided that if an employee dies, while in the service of the Bar Council, before qualifying the condition under clause (i) above, his legal heirs shall be paid gratuity at the rate of two months basic salary for each completed year of service put in by him.
