Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 94
94. Business shall be transacted at a meeting in accordance with the Agenda issued: Provided that any other business may, with the permission of the Chairman of the meeting, be transacted if the majority of the members present who at the same time constitute a majority of the total number of the members of the Bar Council or the Committee as the case may be, agree.
