Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 82
82. (1) No election of Vice-Chairman shall be called in question except by a petition presented to the Chairman of the Pakistan Bar Council or as the case may be, the Provincial Bar Council concerned within 30 days of the declaration of the result. 115[(2) The Chairman of the Pakistan Bar Council, the Provincial Bar Council concerned or the Islamabad Bar Council, as the case may be, shall refer the Petition to the Election Tribunal for disposal within 15 days of the receipt of the Petition.]
(3)Where the Election Tribunal holds an election to be void, a fresh election shall be held in the manner provided by these rules.
