Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 68
68. At the first meeting of each Provincial Bar Council, 111[ the Islamabad Bar Council] and the Pakistan Bar Council there will be held elections to the office of Vice-Chairman for these Councils.
