Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 40
40. (1) The ballot papers shall be in such form as may be specified by the Returning Officer and the names of the contesting candidates shall be written on it in 92[English].
(2)The names of contesting candidates shall be arranged on the ballot paper in the same order as shown on the list of contesting candidates prepared under Rule 36.
