Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 34
34. On the date fixed for scrutiny, the Returning Officer shall, after hearing any objection which may be made to any proposal by a candidate or any voter, and after making such summary inquiry as he may thinks fit, accept or reject the proposal.
