Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 28
28. A list of candidates declared elected shall be prepared and signed by the Returning Officer and 68[….] shall cause the list to be published in the official gazette 69[of the Province] 70[and the ICT as the case may be]. Copies of the list shall also be sent to the Presidents of all the Bar Associations to be affixed on their notice boards.
