Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 26
26. The Returning Officer shall prepare a report of the votes received by each candidate and the votes held to be invalid and shall declare the result. In case of equality of votes the decision shall be taken by drawing of lots. The ballot papers as well as report shall be preserved in a sealed box for the term of the members elected. 67[Omitted]
