Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 22
22. 58[(1) The ballot paper for the election to a Member of a Provincial Bar Council [or the Islamabad Bar Council] shall be issued to the voter by the 59[Presiding Officer] only against the production of an identity card issued to him by such Provincial Bar Council 60[or the Islamabad Bar Council]. 61[The Returning Officer by a general Order may also direct production of CNIC of the voter in addition to the Identity Card issued to him/her by the Bar Council or the Bar Association concerned.]
(2)A voter, on receiving the ballot paper, shall forthwith:
(a)proceed to the polling booth; 62[(b) record his/her vote on the ballot paper as required by the Returning Officer as per his written instructions displayed in the Polling Station/ Polling Booth.;]
(c)fold the ballot paper so as to conceal his vote, 63[(cc) each ballot paper shall be counter signed and stamped by the Presiding/ Polling Officer at its back]; and
(d)insert the ballot paper into the ballot box.
(3)No voter shall be allowed to enter the voting booth when another voter is inside it].
