Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 130

130. The moneys credited to the fund of the Bar Council from time to time shall be applied in the following order: Firstly, in the payment of the salaries and allowances to the members of the staff of the Council; Secondly, in the fulfilment of any obligation and in the discharge of any duty imposed on the Council under the Act or these Rules; and Thirdly, meeting the expenditure declared by the Council to be an appropriate charge on the fund.
