Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 123
123. The 187[Secretary] of the Bar Council shall be ex-officio Secretary of a Tribunal and shall be responsible for service of notice issued by the Tribunal and for compliance with the Rules in this Chapter.
