122A. Subsituted vide PBC Notification Dated 23-05-2026. 88 Pakistan Legal Practitioners & Bar Councils Rules, 1976 members in case of a Committee, may by circulation, pass a resolution by a majority of total number of members. Provided also that the resolution so passed shall be placed before the next meeting of the Pakistan Bar Council or the Committee as the case may be, for confirmation]. 123 [(2) The necessary quorum for the proceedings of a disciplinary Tribunal shall be the Chairman and one member of the Tribunal: Provided that if the Chairman and the member of the Tribunal differ the case will then be referred for decision of the full Tribunal.]
