Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 119

119. The originally framed clause (c) of Rule 86 reads as under: "(c) Honorary Secretary of the Pakistan Bar Council shall be ex-officio Member of all the Committees set up by the Pakistan Bar Council". The words "Honorary Secretary" as appeared in the originally framed clause (c) were substituted by the words "Secretary General", with effect from 1.7.1983, as per Notification published in the Gazette of Pakistan, Extra (Part II), June 6, 1983. Clause (c) was deleted, with effect from 22.8.1984, as per Notification published in the Gazette of Pakistan, Extra (Part II), August 22, 1984.
