Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 113
113. The Enrolment Committee shall decide the appeal after hearing the appellant, the Advocate General or his representative representing the respective Provincial Bar Council [or the Islamabad Bar Council, as the case may be,] and after examining the record of the case and recording such evidence as it may deem necessary.
