Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 106

106. No person shall be entitled to appear, plead or act before the Supreme Court unless:

(1)he satisfies all the conditions laid down by Rules framed by the Supreme Court in respect of persons entitled to appear and plead before the Supreme Court.

(2)he has paid to the Bar Council, in case he is an Advocate of the Supreme Court, a fee of Rs. 131[50,000/-] and in case he is a senior Advocate of the Supreme Court a fee of Rs. 2000/-.
