22. Subject to control and supervision of Chairman, Executive Committee the Secretary may grant casual leave and sick leave upto one week whereas, the matters pertaining to other kinds of leave will be dealt with by the Chairman, Executive Committee. CHAPTER III DISCIPLINE AND PUNISHMENT
