49. Control of overlapping shifts..—_The 2[Provincial Government] may make rules providing that in any specified class or classes of factories work shall not be carried on by a system of shifts so arranged that more than one relay of workers is engaged in work for the same kind at the same time save with the permission of the 2[Provincial Government] and subject to such conditions as it may impose, either generally or in the case of any particular factory. 3 [CHAPTER IVA HOLIDAYS WITH PAY
