Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 — Section 21K: Offences triable by way of summary procedure
21K. Offences triable by way of summary procedure.__ All offences under this Act punishable with imprisonment for a term of not more than six months with or without fine shall be tried by way of summary procedure.
