Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997 — Section 21J: Harbouring
21J. Harbouring.__ (1) A person commits an offence if he harbours any person who has committed an offence under this Act.
(2)A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) shall be liable on conviction topunishment as provided in sections 216 and 216A of the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860).
