West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 — section 74
74. Liability for payment of land-revenue. In the case of any holding, the holding and its land-owner shall be liable for the payment of land-revenue thereon, and if there be joint land-owners of a holding, the holding and all the land-owners jointly and severally shall be liable for the payment of the land-revenue.
