West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 — section 46
46. Mutation fees. (1) The Board of Revenue may fix a scale of fees for all or any classes of entries in any record or register under this Chapter and for copies of any such entries.
(2)A fee in respect of any entry shall be payable by the person in whose favour the entry is made.
