West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 — section 34
34. Costs. A Revenue Officer may give and apportion the costs of any proceedings under this Act in any manner he thinks fit: Provided that if he orders that the cost of any such proceedings shall not follow the event, he shall record his reasons for the order.
