Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 — section 94

94. Restrictions on registration of textile goods..—_(1) In respect of textile goods, being piece goods

(a)no mark consisting of a line heading alone shall be registerable as a trade mark;

(b)a line heading shall not be deemed to be adapted to distinguish; and

(c)the registration of a trade mark shall not give any exclusive right to the use of a line heading.

(2)In respect of any textile goods, the registration of letters or numerals, or any combination thereof, shall be subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be prescribed. 1 Subs. by Act No. LVIII of 2023, ss. 35.
