Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 — section 84
84. Domain names..—_(1) A domain name shall be a mark which is a user friendly substitute for an Internet address.
(2)The provisions of this Ordinance shall apply to domain names subject to the provisions of the Third Schedule. CHAPTER X.___THE PARIS CONVENTION
