Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 — section 79

79. Surrender of registered trade mark..—_(1) A registered trade mark may be surrendered by the proprietor in respect of some, or all, of goods or services for which it is registered.

(2)Provisions may be made by rules,

(a)as to the manner and effect of a surrender; and

(b)for protecting the interests of other persons having right in the registered trade mark.
