66. Power of the Collector of Customs to make regulations..—_The 1[Director General, IPR (Enforcement)] may make regulations prescribing the form in which notices shall be made and requiring the person making the notices to furnish evidence as to the ownership and to comply with such other conditions as may be specified which may include the payment of a fee to cover the administrative costs.
