Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 — section 63

63. Power of the Collector of Customs to retain control of goods..—_Notwithstanding anything contained in this Chapter, the 1[Director General, IPR (Enforcement), IPR (Enforcement) or Collector of Customs or any competent authority under the Custom Act, 1969 (IV of 1969)] shall not

(a)release, or dispose of, any goods; or

(b)take any action in relation to the goods to given effect to any order of [an IP Tribunal] under section 60, and 1[Director General, IPR (Enforcement), Director, IPR (Enforcement) or Collector of Customs or any competent authority under the Custom Act, 1969 (IV of 1969)] shall apply to the District Court to request that the goods are required and he may be allowed to retain control of the goods under any law for the time being in force.
