Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 — section 43
43. Registration to be prima facie evidence of validity..—_In all legal proceedings relating to a trade mark registered under this Ordinance or under the Trade Marks Act, 1940 (V of 1940), the fact that a person is registered as proprietor thereof shall be prima facie evidence of the validity of the original registration of the trade mark and of all subsequent assignments and transmissions thereof.
