Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 — section 38

38. Surrender of registered trade mark..—_(1) A registered trade mark may be surrendered by the proprietor in respect of some or all of the goods or services for which it is registered.

(2)The Federal Government may by rules to published in the official Gazette, provide

(a)as to manner and effect of a surrender; and

(b)for protecting the interests of other persons having a right in the registered trade mark. CHAPTER IV.___REGISTRATION AND EFFECT THEREOF
