Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 — section 31
31. Withdrawal of application..—_(1) The applicant may at any time withdraw his application or restrict the goods or services covered by the application.
(2)In case the application has been advertised, the withdrawal or restriction under sub section (l) shall also be published.
