Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 — section 23
23. Date of filing..—_(1) The date of filing of an application for registration of a trade mark shall be the date on which documents containing particulars specified in section 22 are furnished to the Registrar.
(2)References in this Ordinance to the date of application for registration shall be to the date of filing of the application.
