Trade Marks Ordinance, 2001 — section 108
108. Power of Registrar to require use of forms..—_(1) The Registrar may require the use of such forms as he may direct for any purpose relating to the registration of a trade mark or any other proceedings before him under this Ordinance.
(2)The forms and any directions of the Registrar with respect to their use shall be notified in the manner as may be prescribed.
