Supreme Court Bar Association Rules — section 43
43. Subject to the approval of the Council; the Rules can be amended by a [two third] majority of the membership of the Association participating at the Annual General Meeting of the Association; Provided a notice of the proposed amendments is duly sent to all members at least one month before the holding of such a meeting.
