Supreme Court Bar Association Rules — section 40

40. Every resolution varying, adding to or canceling any of the Rules shall be subject to approval by the Council and shall be attached to these Rules and all variations, additions or cancellations thereby made shall, unless be specified in such resolution, take effect as from the expiry of one month after the passing such amendments. The Rules of the Association shall be printed and if amended shall be corrected and brought up-to-date by the Secretary, [Pakistan Bar Council].
