33. The auditor shall check the Revenue Account and Balance Sheet and shall, after making such corrections therein, as he may deem proper countersign the same. The Auditor shall submit annually in the month of [March] to the Committee a brief report on the state of the accounts. The auditor's report shall be laid before the annual general meeting with the Revenue Account and Balance Sheet for the period commencing from [1st of January to 31st December of the relevant year.] PART VI THE LIBRARY
