28. (a) Special general meeting may be convened for consideration of any urgent matter relating to or concerning the objects of the Association.

(b)(i) The Committee, whenever it thinks necessary, may convene special general meeting with a notice of [10] days.

(ii)Not less than [one hundred fifty] members may require the President to convene a special meeting. Every such requisition shall be made in writing, shall state concisely the business to be laid before the proposed meeting and shall be dated and signed by the requisitionists under their names and delivered to the Secretary.

(c)The special general meeting convened by the Committee or on requisition shall not consider any business other than the business entered in the notice of such meeting.

(d)No resolution seeking amendments in the Rules shall be considered in any special general meeting. Notice:
