Supreme Court Bar Association Rules — section 14
14. (a) Every election […..] shall be conducted by the [ ] Committee of the Association or through a sub-committee appointed by it.
(b)The 25[ ] Committee, or as the case may be, the sub-committee shall perform all duties and functions in relation to the relevant election, as are enumerated in clauses (1)(ii) and (iii) of Rule 13(a). [(c) When the Committee or a sub-Committee conducts the election or performs the duties and functions enumerated in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of Rule 13(a), the provisions of sub-rules (b) and (c) of Rule 13 shall be applicable, wherever the context so requires.]
