[…..] In case the office of the President falls vacant on account of death, resignation or incapacity to act as such or his removal or absence or his having obtained leave from the 19[....] Committee, the most Senior Vice-President shall act as the President 19[….] for the un-expired term of the President or, as the case may be, unless the President resumes his office.
