Succession Act, 1925 — Section 210: Appointment of public curators

210. Appointment of public curators. The 1[Provincial Government] may appoint public curators for any district or number of districts; and the District Judge having jurisdiction shall nominate such public curators in all cases where the choice of a curator is left discretionary with him under this Part.
