Registration Act, 1908 — section 1
1. Short title, extent and commencement..—(1) This Act may be called the 2*Registration Act, 1908.
(2)It extends to 3[the whole of Pakistan], except such districts or tracts of country as the 4 [Provincial Government] may5* * * exclude from its operation.
(3)It shall come into force on the first day of January, 1909.
