Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 — Section 2Q: Enlistment

2Q. Enlistment.__ (1) The Authority may require any social media platform to enlist with it in such manner, form and on payment of such fee, as may be prescribed.

(2)The Authority may stipulate, in addition to the requirements of this Act, such conditions or requisites as it may deem appropriate while enlisting a social media platform.
