Patents Ordinance, 2000 — section 3

3. Appointment of Controller and other officers..—(1) For the purposes of this Ordinance, the Federal Government shall, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint an officer who shall be called the Controller of Patents. 1 Subs. by the Patents (Amdt.) Ordinance, 2002 (95 of 2002), s. 3 for clause (p). 2 Subs. ibid., for clause (s). 3 Subs. ibid., for clause (t).

(2)The Federal Government shall appoint such other officers with such designations as it deems fit.
