Patents Ordinance, 2000 — section 108
108. Removal of difficulties. If any difficulty arises in giving effect to any of the provisions of this Ordinance, the Federal Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, make such provisions as it deems fit for removing that difficulty]. 1 The certain words omitted by the Patents (Admt.)
