Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 — Section 330: Disbursement of diyat
330. Disbursement of diyat.__ The diyat shall be disbursed among the heirs of the victim according to their respective shares in inheritance: Provided that, where an heir foregoes his share, the diyat shall not be recovered to the extent of his share.
