Pakistan Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Rules, 1976 — section 178

178. The original sub-rule (b) of Rule 111 reads as under: "(b) If an Advocate fails to pay the instalment of the fee or annual fee payable by him by the prescribed date, he shall be liable to pay a further fee of Re. 1/- per day for the late payment”. It was substituted by the present text, with effect from 12.10.1976, as per Notification published in the Gazette of Pakistan, Extra (Part II), October 12,1976.
